Common Questions

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Please bring your GP referral, Medicare card, private health insurance details, and any recent test results such as blood tests, imaging, or endoscopy reports. If you take regular medications, bringing an up-to-date medication list is also helpful.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

At this stage, we do not offer telehealth consultations. All appointments are conducted in person to ensure a thorough and comprehensive assessment.

What is your billing policy?

Consultation fees are privately billed, with Medicare rebates available. For procedures, we aim to provide no-gap billing, meaning there is usually no out-of-pocket cost for the endoscopist. However, anaesthetic and pathology fees may apply depending on the providers involved. All costs will be discussed prior to your procedure.
